OFFICIAL RULES (the “Rules”)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.
- PROMOTION PERIOD AND SPONSORS. The “Coca‑Cola x FIFA World Cup 26™ at Goodlife Fitness, Econofitness & Fit4Less Contest” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Coca‑Cola Canada Bottling Limited (the “Sponsor”) and is administered by LPi Communications Group Inc. and Elite Digital Inc. (“Administrators” or “LPi” or “Elite”). The Promotion begins on April 17, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). The clock used by the Sponsors to compute Entries (as defined below) will be the official clock to determine the date and time of receipt of an Entry. SPONSOR:

The Promotion is only open to legal residents of Canada, who at the time of entry have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence. The following persons are not eligible to participate or win a Prize (as such term is defined below): officers, directors, employees, agents and/or representatives of the Sponsor, The Coca‑Cola Company, Coca‑Cola Ltd., and/or the Administrators and their respective affiliates or related companies, advertising agencies, licensees, franchisees, partners, retailers, distributors, Prize suppliers and/or any other party related to the Promotion. Also, any member of the immediate family (defined for the purpose of these Rules as parents, siblings, spouses, children, partners of the persons mentioned in this section), or any person living with them under the same roof (whether or not a member of their immediate family), of any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate or win a Prize. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
- AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND. By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by (i) these Rules; and, (ii) all decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrators, which are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all respects relating to this Promotion.
- HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION.
- Visit participating Goodlife Fitness, Econofitness & Fit4Less locations and scan the Promotion QR Code on display. Next, enter the requested information. If you are eligible, you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. Wireless service provider’s data rates apply. Entrants should consult their wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. The device that is used must be capable of scanning a QR code. Entrants should check their device’s features to see if they have that capability and check the device manual for specific use instructions. Entry via QR Code may be limited and may not be available through all wireless carriers or on all handsets. Carriers vary by region.
- Alternatively, to obtain one (1) entry in the Promotion without visiting a participating a Goodlife Fitness, Econofitness or Fit4Less location, print your first name, last name, telephone number, complete mailing address (including postal code) and mail it (in an envelope with sufficient Canadian postage) along with a 25 word or more unique and original essay (the “Essay”) on why you would like to win the prize to: “Coca‑Cola x FIFA World Cup 26™ at Goodlife Fitness, Econofitness & Fit4Less Contest” (25-BL-135)” c/o Elite Digital Inc., 5511 Steeles Avenue West, Suite 200, Toronto, Ontario M9L 1S7 (each, a “No Purchase Entry”). Upon receipt of a valid No Puchase Entry submitted and received in accordance with these Rules, you will be eligible to receive one (1) entry in the Promotion. To be eligible, any No Purchase Entry you submit must: (i) be received separately in an envelope bearing sufficient Canadian postage (i.e. multiple Requests in the same envelope will be void); and (ii) be post-marked during the Promotion Period and received prior to June 3, 2026. The QR code entries and mail-in entries are referred to individually as an “Entry” or collectively “Entries”.
- Entry Limit: There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person/household per day (for the purpose of these Rules, a “day” is defined as 12:00:00 a.m. ET to 11:59:59 p.m. ET) during the Promotion Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address or device. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) Entry per person/household, per day by using multiple/different email addresses, devices, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s Entries and that participant may be disqualified from the Promotion. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, Promotion entry services) will void all Entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an Entry, the authorized account holder of the device or email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Otherwise, the "authorized account holder" of a device is the natural person in whose name the device has been issued and the services are billed. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. Personal information submitted will be used for the purpose of administration of the Promotion
- Proof of submitting Entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Except where prohibited by law, confirmed winners irrevocably grant to Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and licensees, the royalty-free right and permission to unconditionally reproduce, store, transmit, publish, display, use or reuse their name and prize information, as well as any other information or materials arising out of participation in the Promotion for advertising, promotional, commercial, publicity and/or any other purposes (without limitation), in any and all media now or hereafter known, in any language, throughout the world, and in any manner without further review, notice, approval, consideration or compensation. By participating, entrants further release Sponsor from any future claims arising out of any use or disclosure of entrant’s participation consistent with these Rules. By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree that entrants will not now or in the future be paid or compensated in any way for participation or for granting the Sponsors any of the rights set out in these Rules, whether chosen as a winner or not. Entrants further agree that Sponsor is not obligated to make use of any of the rights granted in these Rules.
- PRIZES.
There are three (3) prizes available to be won as described in this Paragraph 5 (each, a “Prize” or collectively, the “Prizes”). Each Prize consists of a) two (2) tickets to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match in Toronto on July 2, 2026; and (b) $4,000 spending money (Total ARV of each Prize: $6,000 CAD), subject to FIFA ticketing terms and availability.. Tickets have no equivalent cash value, are non-transferrable and no substitutions will be made. The winner and guest are solely responsible for all other costs and arrangements associated with attending the match, including without limitation transportation to and from the venue (including airfare, ground transportation, parking), accommodation, meals, incidentals, and any required identification or other requirements to access the venue. No travel, accommodation, meals, or other expenses are included. Winner and guest are solely responsible for transportation to and from the applicable match venue, parking, accommodation (if any), meals, incidentals, and any required identification or other requirements to access the venue. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays, missed connections, or any costs incurred by winner or guest in attending (or attempting to attend) the match. If winner or guest cannot attend the match for any reason, the Prize may be forfeited and no substitute or compensation will be provided, except where required by law. Tickets to FIFA World Cup 2026™ are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified herein. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor (in its sole discretion). Winner and guest must comply with all FIFA and venue rules, policies, and regulations, including, without limitation, any health and safety policies that the FIFA or venue may have. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize. Prize fulfillment will occur sufficiently in advance of the applicable match date, subject to FIFA ticketing procedures and timelines. The Sponsor reserves the right to revoke the full or partial Prize from any winner or guest who the Sponsor, or venue personnel deem in any of their sole discretion, may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue or FIFA policy or law, fail to comply with FIFA’s (or its designee’s) health and safety protocols, or bring the FIFA Entities into disrepute. All FIFA World Cup 26™ tickets are expected to be delivered as mobile tickets via the official FIFA World Cup 26™ App (or other approved App) and are not printable. Screenshots are not valid for stadium entry. Ticket availability and delivery timing are determined by FIFA ticketing, and are expected to occur closer to the event date and no earlier than May 2026. Winner and guest must each have access to a compatible iOS or Android smartphone and may be required to create and use a FIFA ticketing account to receive and use the tickets. If the winner (or guest, if applicable) does not accept or claim the ticket transfer in accordance with FIFA’s instructions or within any required time period, the Prize may be forfeited, in whole or in part. In such case, Sponsor may disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner in accordance with these Rules. Winner agrees that FIFA World Cup admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, non-transferable license that is personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. Resale of FIFA tickets received in connection with the Promotion is strictly prohibited.The Prizes and their components must be accepted as awarded and, except as otherwise expressly indicated by the Sponsor, cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged, in whole or in part, for another prize. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: (i) substitute all or any portion of the Prizes with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value; (ii) limit the number of Prizes awarded to the same person, mobile phone number, or physical address; and (iii) modify the Prizes, associated quantities and award schedule at any time during the Promotion. Under no circumstances will the Sponsors be responsible for awarding and/or redeeming any items in excess of the Prizes and their respective quantities as listed above. Prizes may be different than described in the Promotion’s promotional materials. Each Prize may also be subject to additional terms and conditions. - ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible Entries received. A random draw for the Prizes will occur on or around June 4, 2026. Within two (2) business days of the draw, between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., a representative of the Sponsor will attempt to contact the selected entrant at the mobile number or email address listed on their entry form (the “Prize Claim Notification”).
- PRIZE CLAIM CONDITIONS. To be declared a confirmed winner and be awarded a Prize, each selected entrant must, within three 3 business days of the date of the Prize Claim Notification or within such other time period as may be specified in the Prize Claim Notification (i) claim their Prize as instructed in the Prize Claim Notification, (ii) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time limited mathematical skill testing question, (iii) complete all required winner documentation, including acceptance of the Declaration and Release Form, and (iv) otherwise comply with these Rules. For potential Prize winners, the skill testing question will be administered online through a secure winner portal that is accessible using the link provided in the Prize Claim Notification, and the Declaration and Release Form will be presented for electronic acceptance within that portal. The skill testing question may also be administered by telephone or in writing, and the Declaration and Release Form may be provided in electronic or paper format to be signed and returned, all as determined by the Sponsor or the Administrators, at their sole discreion. As a condition of being declared a confirmed winner, each selected entrant may also be required to do any or all of the following: (i) supply proof of age consisting of a legible photocopy of either a provincially/territorially issued driver’s license or other government issued identification; (ii) supply proof of residential address consisting of a legible photocopy of either a provincially/territorially issued driver’s license or other government issued identification, (iii) supply proof that they are the authorized account holder associated with the selected email address, or the authorized mobile phone number owner associated with the selected mobile number and (iv) sign and return a Declaration and Release Form (the “Release Form”). The Release Form (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules and acceptance of the applicable Prize as awarded without substitution; (ii) releases the Sponsor, the Administrators, their respective affiliated and related companies, the Prize suppliers, The Coca‑Cola Company, Coca‑Cola Ltd., participating Goodlife Fitness locations, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability in connection with this Promotion, the selected entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iii) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of their name, city and province/territory of residence, voice, statements about the Promotion and/or photograph or other likeness, without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by the Sponsor and the Administrators in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the Internet. The Release Form must be received by the Sponsor and/or, as applicable, the Administrators within the time period indicated on the Release Form. The Sponsor and the other Released Parties assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, damaged, misdirected, late, or otherwise void Release Forms. Declining a Prize, failing to respond to, acknowledge receipt of, or accept the Prize Claim Notification within the required time, failing to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, failing to return the properly executed Release Form within three (3) business days of the date of the Prize Claim Notification or within the time period indicated on the Prize Claim Notification or otherwise failing to comply with these Rules (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) will cause the applicable Prize to be forfeited and, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor and time-permitting, a new random draw held in accordance with the process for the applicable Prize, as described above. In most cases, Prizes will be delivered to winners within two (2) to three (3) weeks of receiving their correctly completed documentation. The Sponsor and the other Released Parties are not responsible for contacting or forwarding Prizes to winners who leave unclear or incomplete information, or for Prizes lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed while in transit.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and all of the other Released Parties from any and all claims, cause of action, or liability, including, without limitation, any injury, death or damage to or loss of property, resulting from the participation in the Promotion or misuse of any Prize. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsors and the other Released Parties shall not be liable for any: (1) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants; or an error related to the programming of the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, such as in particular, hardware or software errors; faulty computer; any malfunctions, inaccessibility of the Promotion Website in whole or in part for any reason; service interruptions or disconnections of Internet networks, telephone lines; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; (3) unauthorized human intervention at any stage of the Promotion entry process or participation; (4) technical or human errors which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or in the processing of Entries or other information; or (5) any harm or prejudice suffered by persons, or any material damages resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, implementation or misuse of any Prize. If, for any reason, it is confirmed that an entrant’s Entry was deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted by error, the only remedy, which the entrant is entitled to, is requesting to obtain another Entry to the Promotion, if possible.
- PRIVACY. The Sponsor, the Administrators and their authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide at the time of Entry to the Promotion for the purposes of administering the Promotion and Prize fulfillment. Winners consent to the Sponsor’s and the Administrators’ use of their names, photographs, cities, voices, images and/or statements, related to their Prize for publicity purposes in any manner or media including the Internet, at any time, in perpetuity, without compensation or notice. The opportunity to receive other communications about the Sponsor’s products, Promotions and other promotional offers may be provided by the Sponsor. - RIGHT TO MODIFY / SUSPEND / TERMINATE. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, in all or in parts, or entrants’ eligibility for any reason, including without limitation in the event of any printing, administrative error, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, tampering, fraud, equipment failure, security breaches or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS. The Sponsor and the Administrators reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify from this Promotion any person that the Sponsor and the Administrators reasonably believe has tempered or attempted to temper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion or the Promotion Website, who does not comply with these Rules or acts in a manner that goes against the spirit of the Promotion or adversely or with the intent to disturb, insult, threaten, intimidate or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE PROMOTION PLATFORM (OR A WEBSITE LINKED THERETO) OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS AND THE ADMINISTRATORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and (ii) their recovery shall be limited to their actual out of pocket costs incurred in entering the Promotion, if any, and in no event shall they be entitled to legal fees or any other costs.All decisions rendered by the Sponsor and/or the Administrators regarding any aspects of the Promotion are final and binding without right of appeal. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial/territorial, and municipal laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, and the laws of Canada, as applicable therein, without reference to its conflicts of laws principles. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Rules shall be resolved individually, and exclusively by the courts in Toronto, Ontario. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision contained herein. If any provision of these Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. The paragraph headings are used for reference purposes only and shall not affect the interpretation of the Rules.
